Cream Puffed Potatoes

4 cups of Hot Mashed Potatoes
1 8oz pkg of cream cheese, softened
1 egg
1/3 cup of finely chopped onion

Mix together well and put in a buttered casserole dish. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
