Spanish Pork Chops

5 or 6 pork chops
can of stewed tomatoes
small can of tomato sauce
beef boullion cube
1 chopped up jalapeno
1 cup of minute rice
1 small onion chopped
2 cups of water

Cook pork chops in a skillet, browning on each side. Add copped onions to the skillet and let them cook with the chops. Add un-cooked rice, water, stewed tomatoes and jalapenos. Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer until rice is done.
