Beer roast

Recipe from Jennifer Speicher

1 3 to 4 lb roast of your choice

1 cup of ketchup

1 cup of packed brown sugar

1 12 oz. can of beer (any kind you like)

 

Combine all the ingredients in a crock-pot and cook on low for 8 hours. This might be the best roast you have ever tasted.  It is sweet, and delicious.  Serve with white rice or mashed potatoes.
