Morgan joined News Channel 12 as the weekend meteorologist in September 2010. She is originally from Atlantic City, NJ. She attended Cornell University and graduated with a bachelor's in Atmospheric Science in May 2010.
While at Cornell, she worked for Ithaca College Television's Newswatch 16 and interned at WMGM in Linwood, NJ. Morgan became interested in weather when she was a child and has always wanted to pursue a career in meteorology. In addition to tracking Dixie Alley severe storms, she is passionate about dance and has studied many forms since she was 9 years old.
When she's not in the Storm Team 12 Weather Lab, you can find her traveling around Central Mississippi to meet with principals for the School of the Day segment, teaching dance classes, or exploring the metro with her Australian Shepherd, Copper.
