WLBT Meteorologist Arrested For Gratification of Lust and Sexual Battery

On March 7, 2013 investigators with the Madison Police Department arrested Eric Leon Law (32 year old white male DOB 09-05-80)of 284 Belle Rose Circle Madison, ms on two counts of sexual battery MS Code 97-3-95(1){c}and two counts of gratification of lust MS CODE 97-5-23.

 

The arrest was made following an investigation of which alleges Mr. Law had inappropriate contact with a female under the age of sixteen. The investigation is ongoing.Bond was set by Municipal Court Judge Dale Dank's at $50,000.00 per count for a total bond of $200,000.00. Mr. Law's initial appearance is set for 01:30pm march 07, 2013 in the Madison Municipal Court Room.

Eric Law is a WLBT Meteorologist, who is currently on suspension.
