HATTIESBURG, Miss. – Southern Miss head football coach Todd Monken will host the inaugural ‘Todd Monken Golf Outing' hosted by Beau Rivage Resort and Casino and Hellas Sport Construction, July 19, at the Hattiesburg Country Club.

Registration is now open for the event and hole sponsorships are also now available with a July 18 deadline for player registration.

"We are extremely excited in partnering with the Beau Rivage and Hellas Construction for this year's golf tournament," Monken said. "We are looking forward to making this event better than it's ever been."

Bag drop and registration from the country club will begin at 11:30 a.m. with lunch, putting and the driving range open until 12:30 p.m.

At 1 p.m., a shotgun start kicks off the action which concludes at 6 p.m. with the nightly award ceremony, dinner and a chat with the first-year head coach of the Golden Eagles. Additional activities include a long-drive hole, a hole-in-one contest and a closest-to-the-pin hole. Mulligans will also be available for purchase on the course.

Spaces can be reserved for just $250 per player which includes the evening dinner ceremony and a shirt from the outing. For those fans interested in just attending the dinner, tickets can be purchased at a cost of $40 per person.

For those businesses interested in sponsoring a hole, there are three levels of sponsorship beginning at only $250. The ‘USM Team Member' level includes signage on a teebox for $250, ‘USM Team Captain' level for $500 will come with signage as well as two pre-game sidelines passes to one home game of your choice. The ‘All-Conference' premier level includes signage, the pre-game sideline passes and two tickets to the Southern Miss Kickoff BBQ, hosted by Coach Monken, and his wife Terri, at their home.
