JCJC’s Bossier listed among top 100 juco players

ELLISVILLE – Jones County Junior College wide receiver Dylan Bossier has received preseason mention by a national website.

Bossier is listed in the 247Sports.com Top 100 as one of the nation's top junior college football players.

Bossier, who is rated No. 84 by the website, is a 6-foot-2, 180-pound wide receiver from Teurlings Catholic High School in Lafayette, La. As a freshman in 2012, Bossier had 27 receptions for 584 yards and five touchdowns. He was an All-MACJC South Division first-team selection.

Bossier has already committed to Louisiana-Lafayette.

The season is close for Bossier and his Bobcat teammates.

JCJC reports for fall practice on Aug. 11. The Bobcats open the season at 7 p.m. on Aug. 29 at Holmes Community College.
