HATTIESBURG, Miss. - There are new developments in last week's Hattiesburg home invasion investigation that left one man dead.

Robert F Williams was shot and killed Thursday night at the West 7th Street street home he was renting with friends.

Witnesses say three black men entered the house and gathered all the roommates together. Shots were fired, and Williams was killed.

The suspects then left the home without taking anything.

Lt. John Traxler said three people have been arrested for hindering prosecution, 25-year-old Tykela White, 23-year-old Shaina Myles and 20-year-old Adrian Fairley, they are all from Hattiesburg.

David Fairley turned himself in this morning in connection to the homicide. Police said he has not been charged with anything, but he is a person of interest.
