JCJC Holds Annual Roundball Golf Tournament

ELLISVILLE – The annual Jones County Junior College Roundball Golf Tournament will be held Sept. 27 at Dixie Golf Club in Laurel.

This will be a 3-man select shot event with a $75 entry fee per player. Hole sponsorships are available for $150.

The field is limited to the first 26 teams. Breakfast will be served at 7 a.m., followed by registration at 7:30 a.m. and a shotgun start at 8 a.m.

Food and drinks will be available on the course and prizes will be awarded after play. There will also be a hole-in-one contest during the tournament.

The event, which is sponsored by the JCJC Hardwood Club, is a fund-raiser for the Bobcat basketball teams.
