FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. -

For this week's Friday Blitz pep rally, WNCN Today visited the Cape Fear High School Colts.

WNCN's Page Crawford was on the scene as enthusiastic students from a wide range of school clubs, as well as the band, cheerleaders and color guard came out to show support for their school ahead of Friday night's game against Jack Britt.

Cape Fear's principal and some teachers even came out. The highlight of the morning was the girl's basketball coach breaking out his dance moves for the cameras.

Cape Fear is currently 6-3 overall and 3-1 in conference play. The Colts are averaging 19 points per game while giving up an average of 15 points per game. Jack Britt is also 6-3 overall, but are 4-0 in conference play.
