1 dead following Durham shooting

DURHAM, N.C. -

Durham police said one man is dead following a shooting on Morning Glory Avenue Tuesday afternoon.

Police said the shooting occurred around 3:45 p.m. in the area of Morning Glory Avenue and Belt Street. One male was shot and transported to the hospital.

The male victim died, police said.

No further information was released.
