FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. -

One of the men wanted in connection with a robbery and sexual assault at an Advanced Auto Parts store in Fayetteville has been arrested.

Cortese Davis, 23, was located at a home on Blue Street and arrested Friday morning by members of the United States Marshal's Task Force.

He was processed at the Cumberland County Detention Center and received a $1.3 million secured bond.

Davis is one of two men identified as suspects who are accused of robbing an Advanced Auto Parts store on Nov. 2 and sexually assaulting a female employee.

Davis is being held at the Fayetteville Police Department. He is charged with first-degree rape, two counts of first-degree sexual offense, first-degree kidnapping, robbery and other charges.

Authorities continue to search for a second suspect in the case, Paul Smith, 20. Smith is also charged with first-degree rape, two counts of first-degree sexual offense, first-degree kidnapping, robbery and other charges.
