Banks County, GA - This is the home video the family of a woman who was glued to a toilet in Home Depot released to us, and it is 17 minutes in length.

At times, the video is very excruciating to watch and you can hear the woman screaming in pain.

Paramedics were ultimately able to remove her from the situation, but not without injuries.gave me.

"Are you ready to try and stand up?" paramedics asked the woman. "Ahh...ahh...ahh...ahh...no," she answered.

The video taken as Banks County, Georgia paramedics tried to remove Illyanna De Lak Keur from the Home Depot bathroom stall after someone had apparently put a Loctite glue substance on the toilet seats.

"Ohh, ohh," De Lak Keur said. "I'm sorry, but it is working," said one of the emergency workers, who were able to get her out by using WD-40 to losen the glue's grip.

"All I can do is lay here. It's defeating," De Lak Keur said.

But, the injuries remain. De Lak Keur says she's been forced to stay on her couch, unable to move because of the wounds and injuries to her back. "I would just like to be able to get up and be normal. I don't want people to have to wait on me like I'm an invalid, because I'm not," she said.

"All through it, I just felt bad for her because I knew she was going to be embarrassed more than anything," said Anthony Canino, De Lak Keur's brother-in-law, who along with De Lak Keur's sister, Aleera Canino, continue to care for her and took the video of the rescue.

All three question why paramedics separated her from the seat on scene, instead of at a hospital. They worry the removal process caused more harm than good.

"I mean, it worked, but it's unsanitary," said Aleera.

The Banks County Sheriff Charles Chapman said by phone that his investigators have been looking at surveillance video from the store and are still trying to figure out who was involved in the incident.

"It wasn't funny. It wasn't funny at all. Whoever decided to do this hurt somebody...it wasn't a joke," De Lak Keur said.

The family says they've been contacted once by the corporate side of Home Depot.
