Columbia Police Arrest Alleged Lagoon Vandals

COLUMBIA, Miss. - Columbia Police have three men in custody in connection with vandalizing the city's lagoon system.

Michael Anderson,  Jonathan Harris and Arick Holmes are charged with grand larceny and malicious mischief.

Police say equipment at the city's lagoon was damaged when someone shot at it.

An aluminum boat was also stolen.

Damage to the property is worth nearly $20,000.

Anderson, Holmes and Harris are being held in the Marion County Jail.
