Stone Co. Man Charged WIth Arson

STONE COUNTY -- A McHenry man is behind bars for arson.

Police arrested Hal Broadus and charged him with multiple counts of felony woods arson.

He allegedly set three separate fires in Stone and Harrison counties.  They burned about 30 acres and threatened homes.

Broadus could face a $200-$1,000 fine or up to two years in prison if convicted.
