Teen Victims Identified in Weekend Crash

LUMBERTON -- Two young teens lost their lives in a weekend car accident.

It happened on Piatonia Loop Road in Lumberton on Saturday.

Lamar County Coroner Anna Miller confirmed Jakerious Bolton, 14, died Monday as a result of his injuries.

Zion Holder, who was around the same age, was pronounced dead on the scene.

The cause of the accident is still under investigation, but it appeared that the vehicle was traveling fast and the driver lost control and hit trees Miller said.
