Ms. Jaye Duncan graduated from New England School of Law in Boston, Massachusetts in 2006.

Upon moving to Florida in 2008, Ms. Duncan began her career as a defense attorney with the Law Office of Julianne Holt, Public Defender.

She currently handles a caseload of first degree and life felonies as well as post-conviction cases. She is also co-counsel on two homicides in addition to State v. Schenecker.

During the trial, Ms. Duncan will be co-counsel to Ms. Spradley and Mr. Traina, and assist with drafting and arguing motions, jury selection, examination of selected witnesses, evidentiary issues, and trial strategy.
