Stella's Corn Pudding - WHLT 22 Connecting the Pine Belt

Stella's Corn Pudding

Recipe from Diane Rock of Providence Forge, Va.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cans of cream style corn
  • 8 oz. of sour cream
  • ½ box of jiffy corn mix (small box)
  • ½ cup. of milk
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ stick margarine

Directions:

Beat eggs slightly and mix with rest of ingredients

Bake 30 min. at 350 degrees in well-buttered baking dish.
