The perfect steak

4 Filet Mignon steaks (1 ½ inch thick)

4 Tablespoons olive oil

2 teaspoons fresh ground black pepper

3 garlic cloves, minced

1 teaspoon salt

Combine oil and spices.  Brush both sides of steak with mixture, coating well.
Spray grill with cooking spray.  Place steaks in center of grill.  Cook, covered until desired doneness.  (5 minutes per side for medium rare steaks.)
