English Pea Spring Salad

Recipe from Linda Harris of Shreveport, La.

Prep Time and Total Time: 15 minutes

3 cans LeSeur peas,drained
1/4 cup celery, chopped
1/4 cup purple onion, chopped
1/4 cup green bell pepper, chopped
1/4 green onion, chopped
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup Lite Miracle Whip Salad dressing

1.  Mix ingredients together. 

2.  Best if vegetables drain in refrigerate overnight, then add cheese and dressing.

Yield: 6-8 servings
